Menzies Chengdu Airport Aviation Services Limited is invested and organized jointly by Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and Menzies Aivation Group (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. subordinate to Britain Menzies Aviation Services Group which is one of the three aviation passenger and cargo ground agencies in the world. The company will engage in aviation passenger and cargo service, plane maintenance, vehicle maintenance and other business.

The company is the largest joint venture project of Shuangliu Airport at present and is also the first joint venture involving aviation passenger and cargo proxy service of Menzies Aviation Services Group. The company possesses a total capital of RMB40,000,000.0, among which Shuangliu Airport accounts for 60% and Menzies Aviation accounts for 40%. The joint venture period lasts ten years.

The establishment of the company will lay a solid foundation for Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport in advancing the matching of hardware equipment and market development, promoting technical progress, improving service efficiency and quality, optimizing marketing structure and constructing central airport.
