The airport gets its water from Minjiang Waterworks. The water is supplied by Chengdu Water Supply Engineering Company. The maximum water supply capacity is 15,000 tons/day and the current water consumption is 4,000 tons/day.

The rainwater is drained off into Jiang An River directly. The sewage of the navigation area and the working area is drained off into the sewage treatment plant. When the treated sewage reached Class II international drainage standard, it will be drained off into Jiang An River. The sewage treatment plant possesses a daily treatment capacity of 8,000m3.

The aviation waste will be sent to the aviation waste incineration station for treatment. The station possesses a daily treatment capacity of 10 tons.
