A. The passengers should consign luggage for shipment with effective tickets and the consigned luggage has to receive security check.
B. The consigned luggage should be paced and locked properly for the purpose of pressure resistance, safe loading/unloading and transport under normal operational conditions. In addition, they should meet the following conditions:
1) The travel case, travel bag and handbag have to be locked properly.
2) Two or more bags may not be packed into one piece.
3) No articles should be attached to the luggage.
4) The luggage should be packed with proper external wrapping materials other than bamboo basket, tuck net, straw rope and straw bag.
5) The luggage should be indicated with the full name, detailed address and telephone number of the passengers.
C. The following articles may not be taken as luggage or put into luggage for consignment: contraband, limited shipments, hazardous articles and other articles with peculiar smell or contaminative nature as prescribed by the state.
D. The following articles may not be put into luggage for consignment: important documents and materials, negotiable securities, currency, drafts, jewelries, valuable metals and other articles demanding special attention.
E. The consigned luggage can not exceed 50kg in weight and 40cm*60cm*100cm in size.
